What should I bring?
Your pet's own food (it isn't included), a bed or blanket, a leash, and any medication with feeding notes. Litter and water are provided.
Which vaccinations are needed for boarding?
A current vaccination card with rabies up to date and kennel cough. A photo is fine — upload it when you book or bring it at drop-off. A stay can't start without proof of current vaccination.
Will I hear from you during the stay?
Yes — we send updates during the stay, and you can message us on WhatsApp any time.
Do you board cats?
Yes. Cats have their own space away from the dogs, at one price per night.
Can you pick up and drop off my pet?
Yes, our driver can collect and return your pet — free within JVT, a small distance charge outside. Availability changes day to day, so ask us on WhatsApp when you book.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at pick-up. No deposit.
Can I book boarding and a groom together?
Yes — many pets go home freshly groomed. Add a groom when you book or ask us on WhatsApp.
Where is the salon?
Shop 16 & 17, Imperial Residence Tower C, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai — a few minutes from JVC. Open 8:00–21:00 every day.

Yes, free up to 2 hours before — use the link in your confirmation. Closer than that, call or WhatsApp us.
