Pick what fits your day when you book — half days are priced lower. Drop off and collect during opening hours (8:00–21:00).
Is there a package?
Yes, 20-day daycare packages for dogs and cats, priced by size. Pick the package when you book.
What should I bring?
Your pet's own food and any medication with feeding notes. Water is provided.
Which vaccinations are needed for daycare?
A current vaccination card with rabies up to date and kennel cough. A photo is fine — upload it when you book or bring it at drop-off.
Can you pick up and drop off my pet?
Yes, our driver can collect and return your pet — free within JVT, a small distance charge outside. Availability changes day to day, so ask us on WhatsApp when you book.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at pick-up. No deposit.
Where is the salon?
Shop 16 & 17, Imperial Residence Tower C, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai — a few minutes from JVC. Open 8:00–21:00 every day.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, free up to 2 hours before — use the link in your confirmation. Closer than that, call or WhatsApp us.
