Pet name, species, breed, date of birth, gender, weight, coat type.

Grooming history, service notes, groomer observations, before/after photos.
Behavioural notes captured by staff.
2.3 Transaction Data
Order history across all channels (in-store, online, marketplace).
Payment records (we do not store card details — payments are processed by certified payment providers).
Service bookings, boarding records, daycare logs.
2.4 Digital & Usage Data
Website usage, pages visited, session data (via cookies).
Device type and browser information.
WhatsApp conversation summaries stored as AI memory to personalise future interactions.
2.5 Location Data
If you use our 'Use My Location' feature, we collect your geolocation to assist with address entry and mobile grooming routing.
Location is only collected with your explicit consent.

4. AI Assistant — Data Use
Six Pawz operates an AI assistant (Pawz) to provide personalised pet care support. By interacting with Pawz, you consent to:
Conversation summaries being stored in your customer profile to personalise future interactions.
Pet-related information you share conversationally (preferences, health signals, budget) being stored and used to improve recommendations.
No personally sensitive data being used to train AI models without explicit consent.
AI memory can be requested for deletion at any time by contacting Six Pawz.
5. WhatsApp Communications
Six Pawz uses WhatsApp as its primary customer communication channel. By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive:
Service booking confirmations and reminders.
Order updates and delivery notifications.
Post-grooming reports and care recommendations.
Loyalty programme updates.
Promotional messages (only if marketing opt-in is confirmed).
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly. Transactional messages (order confirmations, booking reminders) cannot be opted out of as they are necessary for service delivery.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
Payment processors for transaction processing.
Veterinary clinics in the event of a pet emergency during boarding.
Marketplace platforms (Instashop, Now Now, Careem) for order fulfilment — subject to their privacy policies.
Technology providers who operate our platform (Odoo, cloud infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements.
All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
Customer and pet profile data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for 5 years after the last transaction, in compliance with UAE commercial law.
Transaction records are retained for 5 years for tax and accounting compliance.
Grooming and boarding records are retained indefinitely as they form part of your pet's health history.
AI conversation summaries are retained until deleted at your request.
Website usage data (cookies) is retained per our cookie settings — typically 12 months.
8. Data Security
Six Pawz implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by certified payment providers and is never stored on Six Pawz systems.
9. Your Rights
Under UAE PDPL and applicable law, you have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
