Good to know
Full or Basic?
Full includes the haircut and anal-gland care. Basic is the bath, blow dry, nails, ears and teeth — no haircut. Not sure? Book Full and we'll advise on the day.
How long does a groom take?
A full groom takes about 1½–2 hours, a basic groom about an hour. Wait with us or head off — we message you when your pet is ready.
Do I pay now?
Your choice at the last step: pay on the day by card or cash, or pay online right after booking (card or Apple Pay).
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Yes — a current vaccination card is required for every groom and stay (rabies up to date; kennel cough for boarding and daycare). A photo of the card is fine; upload it when you book or bring it along.
Can you pick up and drop off my pet?
Yes, our driver can collect and return your pet — free within JVT, a small distance charge outside. Availability changes day to day, so ask us on WhatsApp when you book.
Do you groom cats, rabbits and birds?
Yes. Pick Dog, Cat, Rabbit or Bird when you book and the price updates for your pet. Dog prices follow the size; we confirm the size at the visit.
My pet is nervous or it's their first groom
Tell us anything we should know when you book. We go at your pet's pace with breaks, and never force a nervous pet. Puppies and kittens are welcome once their first vaccinations are done.
Booking two pets?
Add all your pets in one booking (up to three) — we groom them back to back, so it's one drop-off and one pick-up. Full for one and Basic for another is fine.
What if I'm not happy with the groom?
Tell us before you leave or message us the same day. We'll retouch for free or refund — your call.
Is there a loyalty offer?
Groom with us 5 times and the 6th groom is on us. We count it automatically on your account — nothing to keep track of.
Where are you, and which areas does the van cover?
The salon is at Shop 16 & 17, Imperial Residence Tower C, JVT, Dubai. Mobile grooming covers Dubai — we confirm your area when you book.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, free up to 2 hours before — use the link in your confirmation. Closer than that, call or WhatsApp us.
